Encryption

Play encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and encrypts stored data at rest with AES-256.

Infrastructure

Play's infrastructure includes role-based access control, audit trails for enterprise customers, data isolation between workspaces, and automated data snapshots with plan-based retention.

LLM & AI model policies

Play is model-agnostic. The platform supports multiple AI providers, including the option for enterprise customers to use private or self-hosted models.

Play is designed for organizations in regulated environments, including healthcare, finance, legal, and government. Enterprise customers get additional compliance capabilities including policy-level enforcement and audit readiness.
