Connecting an integration
Connecting an integration gives Play access to that tool.
How to connect
Go to your Home page and open Assets.
Click Integrations.
Browse or search for the integration you need.
Click Manage on the integration card.
Follow the authorization flow.
Most integrations use OAuth, which redirects you to the service so you can log in and approve the connection. Some integrations require an API key instead.
What happens when you connect
Once connected, the integration becomes available across your workspace:
In chat - Tag it with
/to use it in conversations. In apps - Reference it when building or editing apps.
For co-workers - Add it to a co-worker's connected integrations.
The integration card on the Integrations page shows a connected indicator when active.
Permissions

Workspace-wide access
Connected integrations are available to all workspace members. If one person connects Slack, the whole team can use it in their apps and conversations.
Try it: Go to the Integrations page, find a tool your team uses daily, and connect it. Then open a new chat and type /[tool name] to use it.
