Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)
Pay-As-You-Go automatically purchases additional credits when you go beyond your plan allocation, so your work can continue without interruption.
How it works
When PAYG is enabled, Play buys extra credits as you use them beyond your included plan allocation. These charges are billed at the end of your billing cycle.
PAYG is not available on the Free plan.
Set a monthly spend cap from the Usage page in Settings to control how much PAYG can add in a billing cycle. When the cap is reached, auto-purchasing stops.
When to use PAYG
Unpredictable usage spikes - You do not know in advance how much extra usage you will need.
Continuous work - You do not want workflows to stop when you hit your included plan allocation.
Flexible overage handling - You want extra credits to be purchased only as needed.
PAYG vs. add-on packs
PAYG is best when your extra usage varies from month to month.
Credit add-on packs are better when you want to buy additional credits upfront.
Where to manage PAYG
Go to the Usage page in Settings to turn PAYG on or off and to adjust your spend cap.
