Multiplayer building

Team plans enable multiplayer building, which lets multiple people work together in the same chat on the same task in real time.

How it works

Any chat in Play can have multiple participants. Everyone in the chat sees the same conversation and can contribute messages. This works for building apps, working through a task, reviewing an app, or planning a project together.

When to use multiplayer building

• Complex apps — One person can explain the data, another can explain the workflow, and both can shape the build in the same chat.

• Reviews — Build something, invite a teammate, and iterate together on the same session.

• Planning — Use a shared chat to brainstorm with Play and your team before turning the output into action.

Getting started

1. Share a chat with a teammate.

2. Or work from a shared app's building session.

3. Have each participant open the chat and contribute messages.

All participants see the same conversation and can continue the work together.
