Managing integrations
All connected integrations are managed from the Integrations page.
Accessing the Integrations page
Go to your Home page.
Open Assets.
Select Integrations.
What you'll see
Category tabs — Filter by Connected, AI, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Support, Data, and more.
Integration cards — Each card shows the tool name, category, description, connection status, and a Manage button.
Search — Find any integration by name.
Managing a connection
Click Manage on any integration card to view connection details, re-authorize the connection if it has expired, or disconnect the integration.
Disconnecting an integration
When you disconnect an integration:
Apps that use it can no longer fetch data from or take actions in that tool.
Co-workers that rely on it lose access to that tool's capabilities.
Existing data already imported into collections is not affected.
Troubleshooting connection issues
Check the connection status. Go to the Integrations page and look for any error indicators.
Re-authorize the integration. Click Manage and run through the authorization flow again. OAuth tokens can expire.
Verify permissions. Make sure the account you connected has the permissions needed in the external tool.
Check the external service. The service itself may be experiencing downtime.
If issues persist, reach out to Play's support team.
