How to add

Add personal knowledge from the Knowledge page in the My Knowledge folder, or from chat by saying something like, “Remember that I prefer concise responses.”

Play also learns your preferences automatically during conversations.

Privacy

My Knowledge files are private. They are never shared with other workspace members. Co-workers reference them only when interacting with you directly.
