Infrastructure top-ups
Infrastructure top-ups add recurring extra capacity when you need more rows, knowledge pages, or storage than your plan includes.
What infrastructure top-ups cover
Use infrastructure top-ups when your plan is still the right fit overall, but you need more of a specific resource.
Resource | Cost |
|---|---|
1,000 database rows | 1 credit/month |
50 knowledge pages | 1 credit/month |
1 GB storage | 2 credits/month |
How it works
Infrastructure top-ups are recurring monthly charges deducted from your credit balance. They stay active until you remove them.
When to use infrastructure top-ups
Rows - You need more database capacity without changing the rest of your plan.
Knowledge pages - You want to keep adding documentation or knowledge without moving to a new tier yet.
Storage - You need more room for files and other stored content.
Infrastructure top-ups vs. upgrading
Choose infrastructure top-ups when you only need more of one resource. Choose Upgrading your plan when you need a larger overall allowance or want the benefits of a higher tier.
Where to manage top-ups
Use the Usage page in Settings to review your current capacity and manage extra usage options.
