Connecting co-workers to data
AI co-workers become much more useful when you connect them to the collections they need. Once connected, they can read, write, and manage records in your workspace data.
How to connect
Specify which collections a co-worker should access when creating or editing them.
What co-workers can do with data
Query - "Show me all deals closing this month"
Create - "Add a new contact record"
Update - "Move the Acme deal to Closed-Won"
Delete - "Remove the duplicate contact record"
Analyze - "What's our average deal size this quarter?"
Permissions
A co-worker with collection access can read and write all records. If a co-worker should only analyze without changing data, specify that in their instructions.
Tips
Start narrow. Connect only the collections the co-worker needs.
Test the connection. Ask the co-worker to query the collection after connecting it.
