Knowledge is Play’s system for storing and sharing context across your workspace. It’s your team’s shared brain.

Structure

• Organization - Visible to everyone. Company info, processes, guidelines.

• Teams - Scoped to specific teams. Workflows, project docs, meeting notes.

• My Knowledge - Personal to you. Preferences, private notes, workflows.

Where it lives

Knowledge has its own section in the sidebar with three sub-items plus a dedicated Knowledge page with search and folder browsing.

Creating knowledge

From the UI - Go to the Knowledge page and create a new file.

From chat - Tell Play to save information.

Play also saves knowledge automatically during conversations.
