Free is for evaluating Play. You get limited credits (0.1x multiplier), 500 database rows, and up to 3 active apps. It is enough to explore what Play can do.
Pro
Pro is for individual builders. You get a full credit allocation (1x multiplier), 5,000 database rows, 5 GB storage, and unlimited apps. This is where most users start building seriously.
Legend
Legend is for power users and champions. You get a 4x credit multiplier, the highest individual limits, and priority building queue.
