AI co-workers overview
AI co-workers are persistent AI teammates that live in your workspace. They have a name, a role, specific goals, and access to your team's data and tools. They remember context across conversations and handle real work over time.
What makes them different
Remember. Conversations carry context. Your co-worker knows what you discussed last week.
Stay connected. They have access to your collections, integrations, and knowledge.
Have a role. Each co-worker is built for a specific job.
Work on schedule. Co-workers can be assigned to scheduled tasks that run automatically.
What you define
Name - What your team calls them (e.g., Marcus, Scout, Vera)
Role - Their job title (e.g., Variance Analyst, Sales Development Rep)
Goals - What they aim to achieve.
Instructions - Detailed behavioral guidelines.
Character - Personality traits.
What you connect
Integrations - Give a co-worker access to Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Stripe, or any of the ~200 connected tools.
Collections - Connect your tables so the co-worker can query and manage records.
Knowledge - Co-workers work with your workspace's knowledge files.
Where they live
Sidebar - Under "Coworkers" in the left nav.
Coworkers page - A dedicated page to browse, manage, and create all your co-workers.
Inside apps - Embedded as conversational interfaces.
Scheduled tasks - Assigned to recurring tasks.
You can also tag a co-worker in any chat to bring them into the conversation.
There's no limit on how many co-workers you can create.
Try it: Open a new chat and type "Create an AI co-worker that helps my team with [your biggest recurring task]."
