Integrations overview

Integrations connect Play to the tools your team already uses. When an integration is connected, Play, your apps, and your AI co-workers can read data from it and take actions in it.

What integrations can do

  • Read data - Pull information from external tools into Play.

  • Take actions - Send messages, create records, and trigger workflows in connected tools.

  • Power apps - Apps can display data from integrations and interact with those services.

  • Enable co-workers - AI co-workers can use integrations to perform their work.

How integrations work

  1. Connect - Authorize Play to access the tool.

  2. Use - Tag the integration in chat with /, or connect it to apps and co-workers.

  3. Manage - View and manage all connections from the Integrations page.

Using third-party integrations like Slack, Stripe, and Google Sheets does not consume credits. You only pay for the credits used by Play's AI processing.
